HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 2: Send Headsets in Sideline Power, 218 Hwy 6, P.O. Box 192, Greenwood, NE 68366
(Be sure to includes completed form with details and Payment information)

Step 3: Headsets are tested within 7-10 days of receiving them

STEP 4: 10 Pt Inspection Report will be emailed to the main contact with recommendations

STEP 5: Once we hear back from you we will complete the repairs requested and ship the system back

STEP 6: Shipping and Tracking information is sent along with the invoice

HOW LONG DOES THE RECONDITIONING TAKE?
Average time is 7-14 days however this time can vary depending on the time of the year.  If you are in need of a deadline please note it on the paperwork and we will do our best to meet this deadline.

WHAT BRANDS DO WE WORK WITH FOR RECONDITIONING?
Telex, HME, CoachComm, PortaPhone, MULTIVOICE, Louis System, X Series
(NEW replacement parts may not be available for ALL brands, you may need to purchase direct from company depending on system)

DO WE REPLACE ALL BATTERIES?
No, we give a full report of our recommendation, if replacing batteries is one of them we will only replace them if we get the green light from you.  Average replacement battery is $45-$55.

CAN WE FIX ALL ISSUES?
We wish we could however this is impossible.  We have alot options with replacement products or replacement systems.  Sometimes its time to let go of that OLD system.  We do our best and give you our best option.  WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

WHAT IS BEING TEST IN THE 10 PT INSPECTION?
We test durability, clearness, range, setup, age/brand, batteries, beltpacs, base stations, overall condition.

DO WE OVERNIGHT REPLACEMENT SYSTEM?
Yes, if needed we will overnight products.  We may have additional charges but we make sure our customers are taken care of.

WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO SEND MY SYSTEM IN FOR RECONDITIONING?
Winter and Spring time of the year.  Its always good to get your system tested during the off-season.  Waiting until the last minute is not recommended however our award winning support team will make sure you are taken care of.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO SEND MY HEADSETS IN FOR RECONDITIONING?
Its always recommended to send them in on a yearly basis.  Begin to budget $300 a year to have your system tested and reconditioned.  Unlike other companies we don’t overcharge for this service.  WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS!

$350 – January 1st – June 30th
$400 – July 1st – September 30th
Plus repairs and shipping cost, price is based off time the system is received.  Delay billing is a option.
